Mental Detox

Just as fasting and detoxing are good ways of recalibrating your physical body- Mental detoxes are excellent for recalibrating the mind. A mental cleanse can be a great way to find more fulfillment in your personal and spiritual relationships. Doing a mental detox before starting new chapters in your life or even at the beginning of each month, will aid in healthy and holistic transitions. Mental detoxing can facilitate better sleep, better clarity, better sex, better nutrition, and better immunity. 

 

My detoxes are guided and aimed at first clearing away negative suggestions that are controlling your actions. The techniques I use can be as simple as taking a nature walk, as complex as self-hypnosis, or as shocking as a 3-day silent treatment. However each technique helps to recalibrate different facets of your mind and restore optimal energy.

Neurological portrait- An assessment of how your brain processes thoughts. The assessment locates mental blockers and pinpoints prime focus places for detoxification. 

 

Auto- Hypnosis: auto-hypnosis is a process of producing a self-induced hypnotic state. self-hypnosis is used as a vehicle to enhance the efficacy of self-suggestion; here,  you play the dual role of suggester and suggestee.
